Here’s a leg workout you can do at home to strengthen your lower body.

I’m only on day ONE and my goal is to lose the body fat I gained last year due to the terrible pandemic.

Time Magazine declares 2020 the “worst year ever” and I totally agree coz we lost over 2.57M beautiful souls worldwide!

Like most people, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic made me binge-watched Netflix/Hulu and ate junk foods during the quarantine. I shouldn’t have done that! Coz of that, I’m 15 pounds heavier now.
